This is how I discovered that one of Mango’s ‘outburst’ triggers is calling her away from good sniffies.

The other day Mango found something stinky on the grass that she was very interested in. I had a look but couldn’t see anything, no poop or anything, but she was intoxicated by it and proceeded to roll in the mystery scent. I found it funny until she started licking the grass and decided it wasn’t wise to let her ingest some unidentified substance, so I called her to move on.

Turns out, being called away from something she’s thoroughly enjoying is a trigger for feral mode and she had an outburst. Oh well, add it to the list.
